The world of mankind is in decent shape based on our journey from illiteracy to mass education. For centuries, most could not read and write. They relied on others telling them what to think and how to act. Faith and divine devotion toward one’s beliefs was decided by organized religions. The community was given instructions on how to behave when it came to organized religions.
There were laws established to tell us what we could not practice. When someone was found in violation of those laws, it could have meant imprisonment, punishment, exile, or death.
Our religions are based on the old ways that were set in motion when they were established. In the USA, we still follow our religious orders, even though we have rights to free speech, and individual beliefs, we remain closely aligned with the old concepts of organized religions.
Since religions were established during a period when most people were illiterate, we wanted to compare religious oral and pictorial teachings to the written word of the Holy Bible. We went with the Holy Bible because most of the religious world believe in Christianity through our Lord Jesus Christ. We are told that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. That no one gets to the Father except through him.
